Mihai Topescu (b. 1956,Târgu Jiu, Romania) is a Romanian sculptor whose works, featuring a large range of techniques and a rich and eclectic artistic language, were exhibited in over 100 national and international exhibitions, and acquired by museums and private collectors. Throughout his career, he received 13 awards, including the Cultural Merit Medal, offered by the President of Romania.
