Born and raised in Italy, Laura Santini moved to Montreal to complete a BA in Art History, McGill University and completed an MA in Studio Art, New York University. A sculptor with a studio practice in Italy and Canada, Laura remains connected to her Italian roots in traditions of metal and bronze casting, exploring contemporary strategies of found-object assemblage. She has been awarded multiple commissions, exhibited at numerous galleries and has an extensive list of international collectors.
