Jill Bayor was born in New York and graduated from Harvard University, studying painting and mixed media at The Art Students League of New York. She had her first solo show at Caelum Gallery (NYC), with a second West Coast solo exhibition at the Fontaine Gallery (Los Angeles) and has participated in numerous group shows throughout the United States. Working in large scale installation, sculpture, and painting, the artist currently lives in Manhattan.
