Destinee Ross-Sutton & Ross-Sutton Gallery

Destinee Ross-Sutton, visionary curator known for the groundbreaking exhibitions ‘Black Voices/Black Microcosm’ and ‘Say it Loud’, both dedicated to helping to redefine the art canon the way many know it and has inspired many exhibitions helping to expand the art world’s commitment to in particular Black emerging art and artists. An advocate and activist in the art world, through her work, Ross-Sutton provides artists space to grow and support to solidify their markets. Ms. Ross-Sutton also in 2022 co-curated ‘4000+ Years of African Art’ at the Wall House Museum, St.Barts, a deep dive into the art from Africa, with work dating from 400,000 BC to the present.
