In Aqua Scribis – Biodiversità e impermanenza
ECC Italy and Wigwam Club Giardini Storici Venezia are happy to invite you to participate in a new exclusive event
The meeting will start from Spazio Thetis, where the public will have the opportunity to visit Michelangelo Pistoletto’s Terzo Paradiso and the Bee Garden. This is a crucial and important project – born recently and also supported by Wigwam Club – which will be illustrated by the author himself, the architect Matteo Furian. Additionally, the visitors will be able to see the botanical illustration realized by the artist Francesca Saccani. With a short 10-minute walk, the event will continue to the installation Arena for a Tree, an unprecedented wooden “ark” realized by the artist Klaus Littmann. Within the Arena, the public will join the performance of Oreste Sabadin between readings, improvisations on the clarinet and “words of water” written on stone slabs, in a dialogue with the author of the installation himself. The meeting will end with a toast, offered by ECC Italy and Wigwam Club. The project is organized by Wigwam Club Giardini Storici Venezia, in collaboration with the European Cultural Centre Italy. A heartfelt thanks to Antonietta Grandesso and Giannandrea Mencini, respectively cultural manager and communication manager of Thetis.
PARTICIPATION FEES: Euro 15.00 (Wigwam members), Euro 20.00 (non-members). LIMITED SEATS.
Reservations required at: ordini.giardinivenezia@gmail.com
