Elaine Foster-Gandey is a textile artist and founder of the Hope Dress Project. She received the Arts Council funding to create Hope, a giant dress woven with words of hope, which she is exhibiting at Palazzo Mora until the 24th of November. As part of the project, she invites creatives to participate in talks and workshops focused on hope, sustainability, and innovative thinking within the art and fashion industries.
